When everything you ever stood by for has had you denied. What doesn’t kill you makes you hostile, yes you wear a smile, but I know you from the inside, you are what you hide. People mistake your compulsive compliance for enthusiasm. Whereas for you, you know your happiness is sarcasm. You had been going wrong all this while. Yes you wear a smile, but I know you from the inside, you are what you hide. When each moment of joy is accompanied by an everlasting sorrow. When your dreams are dust and you wait for a better tomorrow. But those who know you know it’s all but lies, yes you wear a smile, but I know you from the inside, you are what you hide. Losing all faith has become a habit, still you are pious. You know the way things work around here yet you are righteous. But how many storms can your plant survive when the seed itself is infertile. Yes you wear a smile, but I know you from the inside, you are what you hide. You are in desperate need of redemption for your soul. Yet you avoid anything that comes to you, anyone who can console. Nothing holds appeal to you now, you are no more agile. Yes you wear a smile, but I know you from the inside, you are what you hide. Your world is a horrible place where emptiness surrounds agony. You have come to find peace in seeing yourself engulfed in the arms of misery. Winter has arrived yet again; I hope that you have plenty in your stockpile. When the reason is clear to you and you know where you have forlorn. A never ending struggle where you are doomed alone to exile. You weaken everyday when you were supposed to be getting stronger. How do you propose to walk over it while standing immobile? Because when you look at the mirror you find good none and flaws but many. A journey of a worthless run and yet you wish to go a thousand miles.
