Yesterday I did 3 short workouts. At 9am I did 5 sets of 5 squats, working up to 275lbs. with outstanding form and a pause at the bottom. At 11:30am I did 10 minutes of intervals; 30 seconds of running at 11.0mph at 5.0 incline followed by jumping off the treadmill for 20 seconds. Finally, at 6:10pm I sparred 6 straight rounds against a good light heavyweight professional boxer. To me, yesterday was the ideal type of day!
