Congress created this abomination by passing criminal statutes such as the Patriot Act and FISA. Snowden is NOT to blame. You are. Therefore... Senator Graham’s policies harm our national security by creating unneeded enemies. His whole career has been a disaster for American security. Do what I want, not what he wants.
