For those who took an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution in its full power and then try to deny even one american citizen (including Ventura) his Rights under the Constitution and Bill of Rights makes you a betrayer of your oath at tax payer expense against every United States citizen and those who gave their lives that you could be born in freedom! Under the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights of America in a court of law with jury of peers granted Ventura a ruling. Who are you (Seal or not) to trample on the Rights of any citizen including Ventura? When your Brotherhood is placed above the Constitution and Rule of Law, you are no longer a true Patriot serving our country! RESPONSE: Rani, you are missing a point. Ventura can sue whomever he wants. When you are talking smack about our Constitution (and just in case you didn’t understand what you read in Constitution), you need to know that we SEALs have a right to associate ourselves with whomever we want and refuse to associate with people we believe are scums.
