You know everybody wants to jump on Jobs wife as if she was the real bad guy. However how many of you have lost 10 children at one time. 10 children that took her, what 20 years to raise and then they are all taken away in a moment of time. Where is the compassion for a woman who was faithful to her husband and her children. Who cared for her household and watched over them with the utmost care. Has suddenly been savagely attacked by an unseen force that has decimated her whole life in a moment of time. They did not start out like that, but took years to build that size family and after all. Those 10 children came through HER painful delivery, not her handmaidens. Her children, that she gave breastmilk to feed. Are now GONE forever. Now her plight is this, the only one left to give her comfort is covered in what looks like Leprosy and her grief is far from over. She didnt have a personal relationship with God. It wasnt the custom of her days for the wife to be the priest of the house nor walk in that office. Out of anguish of spirit she spoke harshly and was asking that there be closure to this horrendous situation. But most of all I did not, nor could not, find ANYTHING NEGATIVE FROM GOD about ANYTHING Jobs Wife had to say. In fact God only dealt with Job for what Job had to say to his friends and not what his wife said in ANGUISH OF SPIRIT. IF GOD DIDNT CONDEMN HER. WHO AM I OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER. Remember, we may all find ourselves in predicaments like that of Jobs Wife and I truly hope that we will fair as good as she did. Furthermore, in the end God gave her Double for her Trouble. 10 more children through her womb.!!!
