Youll forgive me if I dont join in the worship of the gettysburg address and the deification of Abraham Lincoln. I remain of the opinion that the erosion of the rights of states, the liberties of the individual, and the de-construction of the Constitution that we suffer from today saw their advent in that terrible war, and were wrapped in the moral flag of abolitionism in order to hide their true villainy. We were marched back into the union at the point of a bayonet, and the taint of slavery obscures, and even obliterates, any and all things that were true and right about the Southern Cause.
