Your mind is really a computer. If you pay close attention, whenever you start feeling down, your mind will scan for memories that match that feeling. Whatever you focus on, your mind immediately tries to amplify it by attaching similar data from past memories. It does this because whatever you focus on gives your mind the signal that you want to create something with the feeling of that focus. You can choose to switch your focus to conjure up different feelings so you can create from a different energy instead. You are either a conscious creator or an unconscious creator. Either way, you are a creator.
