Your thoughts on this as this is the actual crown in its origin but how does this apply to lands that have never been surrendered within the commonwealth state of canada. Being who we are as the rightful owners of our lands be it classified as Indian, Indigenous, First nations or by what we know our selves as for example Im Lekwiktaich, Haida. What kind of actual evidence is needed to provide this un lawful act of lands being sold in non treaty lands and to further that point on actual treaty lands. How does the canadian legal system have the authority to still continue to impose its laws and licensing practices for personal private property and resource extraction under the guise of Crown lands?
