Youssef Allam Group is seeking to hire Dispatcher • Coordination between customer’s requests & service department schedule to achieve the required service level. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Outbound and Inbound calls, Outbound with customers and inbound with engineers. • Arrange for preventive maintenance visits & Emergency repair calls in order to apply the service contracts terms & conditions & restore service and schedules. • Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and service manager via phone calls, SMS, emails, or by using CRM mobility service. • Prepare the daily service schedule. • Follow up with FSE to update the application system with online feedback • Coordinate with service Manager to determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to work orders or specifications. • Coordinate with service manager in case of escalation calls. • Complete call logs • Produce call reports. • Follow up the incomplete service calls. • Spare parts reservation • Technical reports data entry. • Export the downtime report for each team monthly • Export the virtual spare parts & tools inventory for each FSE • Monitor personnel and/or equipment locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules. • Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions. Knowledge, skills and experience required: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Prioritization skills and be multi-task oriented. • Ability to make sound decisions using all available information. • Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customers. • Speak and hear clearly; demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills including communicating effectively with those contacted in the course of work. • Analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions in emergency and routine situations; perform two or more tasks concurrently. • Quickly read and retain information. • Excellent computer skills “ specially Microsoft office” • Experience in CRM application is preferable. • Ability to work under pressure.
