Zephaniah 3:17 (KJV) 17 The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing. Remember the movie called BABE, about a pig who wanted to become a sheep herder? When the little pig realized that his destiny was to die and be eaten, he fell into paralyzing depression! However, his Master, farmer Hoggett, sang and danced over him with such love it healed him! He then went happily into his true identity and won the Sheep Dog Herding contest. Well, when i saw the movie (and every time I see this clip) i wept because it reminded me of how the LORD wants us to overcome the fear of death through His own great love. He dances and sings over us still! His own Son the Lord Jesus has overcome the grave, and through true faith in Him, we no longer have to be afraid. Now we can move into our true indentity and enter into the joy of His ETERNAL SONG & DANCE! Hebrews 2:14-16King James Version (KJV) 14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; 15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
