Zongzi and Dragon Boat Festival....its that time of year again! Of course the date is a moving target to those of us who arent tuned in to the lunar calendar. Its 2 June this year. Oh, and to the writer of this China Daily article, Beijing is NOT the only place to taste different styles of zongzi. As for me, besides this little shop in Hangzhou that we like to visit, the best zongzi is made in our kitchen by my lovely wife Fang.
