after a few days of endless articles and information about Robin Williams a few things are evident. He is the best Actor/Comedian of any generation, he had a tremendous impact on colleagues and the world with his philanthropy and general kindness and respect towards other people. Of course theyre movies like Patch Adams, Awakenings and my personal favorite Good Will Hunting, However his stand up in my opinion was the most strong. His ability to touch on all human emotions, his impressionisitc art and his observations of the world had his audiences and fans run through the gamet of emotions both intellectual and edgy; high brow and low brow. he was my generations Shakespeare.
