annoyed as hell. rachel and emma were in an accident this morning. the city ( Parma, Ohio ) has not touched our streets in the development and they were rear ended. they are ok, upset they are late for school, but really?? they told us this weather was coming for a week. there was no pretreating the roads, and not one snow plow to be seen. Timothy J. DeGeeter it sure would be nice to have someone from the city plan to regularly plow all of the streets behind Green Valley. We are Parma as well.
