boxing pretty quick here- running the hill before we begin, Jump-rope, straps+gloves=bags, body work-pushups hold 30 sec,planks, (kettlebells sometimes) leg raises, wheels (running in place), full situps (not crunches), squats, kettlebell raises. Varies everyday. sometimes sprints afterwards. Gym afterward across the block- my own workouts besides all this, regular jogging/running. The Word for a few hours today.
