For a better understanding about the government and people of Indigenous People of Biafra, read this carefully please. To avert impending danger of turning Biafra land into a state of anarchy, to prevent Biafra from being another Somalia and South Sudan after independence, it starts now. Let those who believe in Biafra course demonstrate that they can be under authority, there is no nation that can exist without law and order, and before you achieve a lawful state there must be institution of authority to enforce that, that is what the government of Indigenous People of Biafra under customary administration have provided, an indigenous government to stir our people to Nationhood as Nigeria is coming to its conclusive end. But the vital question here, do you accept the authority of the government, have you volunteered to work as part of this government, are you still sceptical about the people that made up the current structure, what effort are you making to make things you think is wrong to be right, how hard are you working to make our people to acknowledge this customary administration of Indigenous People of Biafra, as administered through the institution of Supreme council of Elders. INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF BIAFRA GOVERNMENT AND PEOPLE. Council of Elders for Indigenous People of Biafra: i. Administrative/consultative Body – Elders from each 10 states in Biafra land (10-20 members) ii. Executive body – Leaders of all pro Biafra groups, Coordinators of IPOB in each state and diaspora, and heads of various department of IPOB (members b/w 30 – 50 or above) This body forms the Government of Indigenous people. The Administrative body become the apex and final decision body, they exclusively controls the fund (Financial Department). The Executive body is the policy makers and execute policies; they also carry out day to day Biafra activities based on the assignment or responsibility shared among them who controls the various departments like (Diplomacy, Media, Legal, Women, Youth, and Defence etc.). Community of Indigenous People of Biafra: Indigenous people of Biafra are remnant of Biafra that were existing before Nigeria was created who also were not consume in the war of 1967-1970, they constitute the community of IPOB worldwide, recognising the above governmental body as their Indigenous government. Those in diaspora and within Biafra land or any part of Nigeria should constitute IPOB community wherever they are, appoint/elect their representative in various areas of the government of IPOB within their area of residence. Those appointed or elected to coordinate IPOB community in various part of the world will constitute Biafra in diaspora having their continental representatives in the council of Elders executive body, same is applicable to those in Biafra land or within Nigeria. Every Indigenous person of Biafra should identify with IPOB community worldwide contributing his/her time, money, intellect, professional expertise etc. to the local IPOB community wherever they find themselves. Every fund for Indigenous People of Biafra should be channelled to one financial institution (UMUAFRA INDIGENOUS DEVELOPMENT, Skye Bank – 1771641158) that is body corporate having board of trustee and various signatory to the account, which the Administrative body of Council of elders is in control of. From there any department that have a program or project must tender a budget or financial proposal that must be approved by the administrative body before the more will be disbursed. That way there will be checks and balance, transparency and accountability. Those that will be appointed by the Council of Elders to work full time for Biafra must be placed on salary and their pay publicly known, just like people working for government. There is just one governing body which all Biafra people must unite under, that is the one described above, it have a place for everyone irrespective of your ethnicity in Biafra or group affiliation. Council of Elders is on formation stage, the door is wide open, and you can be part of it.
