do other people notice this happening, or is it just me Cant it wait, seriously. we tell our children to listen to others and show respect. but i feel some children will be lost due to their parents not putting it into practise. texting. what a great way to make contact. but most are not important otherwise they would have called you. it really annoys me to have someone text while in converstation with you. Multi tasking is a myth. If you can consentrate on 2 converstations at once and get the brain to hold all of what was spoken and texted congratulations you are one of very very few. why not complete your verbal converstation before starting a text converstation or vice versa.there is no rule i can find to say you have to answer the text once you get it. this goes a long way to show you respect those who take the time to converse with you. if you have the need to text feel free but while i speak with you i would prefer you to listen. As i do for you. and guys remember your mobile use is observed by your little ones. so if you child constantly has their phone in their hand and wont listen to you when you speak they have learnt it from someone. I am sure you would/will find it rude and disrespectful. Lets all use our respect and pass it on.
