does anybody remember when brian baltierra was elected? he would show up to city council meetings with his north coast plumbing and heating hat on, shirt, and even hang his work jacket on the side of his chair... when there would be a vote or when he would be asked for his input, he would say uh... what lindy said... and sometimes looked like he was falling asleep... i worked for cas and dave for a short time and remember when he ran for council and also remember the crew had some issues with substance abuse and i know that company runs way cleaner now than it was back then... how and why did brian end up elected?? good ol boys gave him a nudge maybe?? afinito used north coast for the north cliff when it was built too big and with too many jacuzzi tubs when the city was not letting anybody add water hookups or whatever.... anyway, just some thoughts i had that made me realize anything can happen in this town....
