each chakra is responsible for transmitting particular frequencies or emotions its a communication system for the ethereal realm, the realm in which the subtle body (mind, intelligence and false ego) has contact with the gross material body but the heart chakra is the only one that actually can communicate properly with the lord the center is in the middle, not on the top the heart chakra can be for more beneficial then the third eye or crown chakras this kundalini that is rising is merely the body becoming aware of this consciousness system its quite opposite of the collective unconsciouss its is called godhead
