ery urgent required Assurance Manager for Poultry division Duties & Responsibilities To ensure full compliance of the poultry factory site to the company Safety Policy, Quality Policy, Divisional Quality Management System and achievement of the Divisional Business and Quality Objectives by managing all quality related processes, personnel and resources. Job Requires: • Degree in Food Technology / Chemistry related discipline • Proven track record of achievement in a quality /technical role • Formal HACCP qualification /training • Background in food manufacturing specialization in Fresh Poultry or at least in meat • Knowledge of microbiology • Excellent written and spoken of English • 35 years of age and above. • Product Development Experience poultry products • Laboratory management experience , preferably in food industry • 10 years experience of providing technical support to poultry production management. • Specialist poultry meat hygiene training ( preferable ) • Formal ISO 9001/22000 qualification (preferable ) • 10-Master’s Degree in Food Science ( preferable ) Benefits: Basic Salary: 9065 Other Facilities and perks - Housing, Transp. and Medical etc. : Company provided furnished Accommodation + Company Car or Car Allowance, + Medical cover, Generous annual leave with Free return flight, Discretionary Annual Bonus as per Co. policy.
