give ya head a wobble Dave... loads of newly qualified teachers are getting out of teaching within the first 2 years due to the stress and strain of the ridiculous work load, I have worked on building sites most of my life and my Maths Teacher daughter is more Destroyed at the end of a day, than ever was, they dont work 9 - 3.30; she is in school from 7 in the morning till at least 5, then she has marking an lesson planning after her evening meal.... dont be a Nazi all you life Dave
