had pretty good day went to art group and it was the last one....except now ill be moving on to independant...after i talked to my therapist...made dream catcher...didnt realize it had the chacra colors plus the elements and it was made with positive energy and love....i hung it above our bed...in the middle........having ok afternoon had mild panic attack....ira wanted to go a pals over in p-town and asked me along i said i couldnt....its friday the freeways are gonna be a nightmare........i said no...tjhen kinda reminded him me and him had plans an....well hes here and he understands the paranoia.....i do have a pretty nice man....
