hello guys...again[: soooo for those of you who couldnt make it out to connect group today, dont you worry, you can have a personal reflection time in your room RIGHT NOW! Today, we watched a short video called The Prodigal by Jubilee Project. [https://youtube/watch?v=FlriAJnXQ6A&feature=youtu.be] and the questions were: 1) What was the Father/Son relationship like in the beginning? 2) What happened to break this relationship? What was the sons attitude? What was the fathers attitude? 3) Why didnt the son return to his father? What was his attitude at that point? What was the fathers attitude? (Was the relationship ever really broken) 4) Grace is defined as receiving something that you do not desreve. How do we see a picture of that at the end of the story? How is this different from mercy (which is not receiving something you do deserve)? 5) Draw a Life graph: What are some milestone ups and downs you experienced in your journey with God? Was there a time you hit rock bottom? Were there any moments you fell close to God? Where are you now? Where are you headed? Also, this video is based on a parable in the bible called The Parable of the Lost Son in Luke 15:11-32, so make sure to read that as well! There is large group next week SO COME JOIN US! Also, we will be going to gethsemane prayer tomorrow in the city so if you would like to go, contact Jimmy Park or find him at DAC around 6:30PM....I think.
