here is an odd ( think) blank in my family history...maybe someone has some ideas and maybe some of u have encountered similar things (?): my 3rd great-grandfather Joseph Abraham Fulton was born in Articlave, County Londonderry, Ireland 1758-1769, and migrated to North America in 172 with his parents Abraham and Margaret (Guthry/Guthrie) Fulton and siblings; they settled in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania; Joseph eventually moved to Ohio where he died in about 1845; his children, Thomas, Sarah, Henry, Margaret and James, were all born in Pennsylvania between 1791 and 1801, so i am guessing his marriage took place in Pennsylvania. The problem is, on everything i have ever seen regarding his wife, she is referred to as a woman surnamed Irving...and that is it! no first name, no place or dates of birth and death. Josephs aunt Margaret Fulton married a bloke named John Irwin, so i have wondered if possibly Josephs wife was an Irwin and not an Irving. So thats if on unknown Irving. any ideas?
