here we are told that the prophecy, a vision, is the acid test by which to judge purported bible truth; that is, if the thing is not in prophecy, if there is no vision of it founded in the writings of the prophets, then, there is no truth in it. Yes, the visions of the prophets are to be our visions if we must be preserved.(2TG 24:15 )By the prophecies only,can we prove or disprove, know what we believe and believe what we know, and with safety accept or or reject any message. otherwise our faith can be founded only upon uncertainties,-- upon a sandy foundation which will in the end bring us disappointedly to the masters left hand.^ so to make sure of standing at His right hand, we must not fail to givd earnest heed to the pleadings of the holy Ghost.^ (6 TR 4)
