Hence the Inquest Hearing for our apartment which will take many months from now before a judge hears it allows us ample time to get the word out. We never were able to face our accuser, denied a right to a jury trial of our peers, we never got a fair hearing or any hearing at all for the case to be tried on its merits, no motion (other than ours which we got through because the entire clerks office knew it was fraud and we had the top clerk at one of our supposed hearings saying to the court (when asked if indeed our opponent had a proper motion signed by him and not faked by his attorney [and attorneys are allowed to lie]) that The papers speak for themselves. yes they do - pure deceit on the court. In this video which I overlay with images of our traumatic eviction (taking place all over America today), I have the court recording of me and Joe delivering our final CEASE and DESIST to a completely silent courtroom. For those who have been to housing court you know that the courtrooms are packed and noisy and the court cops are always telling people to be quiet or get out. Not in our case. When we were in court they would create distractions to stop people from hearing our arguments but on this day it was obvious they could do nothing but let the Bartons Rock and Roll!
