i appreciate IAC move but (1 ) i do not agree with the argument in clause 2 on shri Somnath bharati about his running a vigilant group. One should take every possible attempt to crush corruption and wrong in society and we all know that nothing in society can work as wrong without the blessing of police. if we really wish to remove wrong from society, Every citizen should be first an activist than than may be a minister. shri somnath is first a citizen than a minister. (2 ) in clause 3, how any action on African related to any north eastern state citizen. we all know that majority of African or to more specific Nigerian have been involved in drug racket in past, so what harm is there if locals keep a close watch on their African neighbors. Please search Nigerian on YouTube to see the recent Goa incident. My request, Your memorandum is right but please make necessary correction on above mention points so that it does not give the impression that it is political biased which is in fact at present definitely appearing and not in public interest.https://facebook/events/1381985495394971/?ref=22
