i like how they wait until after arrest, after transport to jail, and after an 8 minute phone call to his attorney(and who knows how much longer they waited) before they breathalize him to get 0.08....there is no way this should be this light of punishment, the men and women of law enforcement need to be held to a higher standard...how many citizens has he arrested for 0.08 and how many got of with a careless driving charge...not to mention that we pay for the cruiser and probably were paying his wages during this episode...just another classic case of i have a gun and a badge so i dont have to follow the same rules as you!...SICKENING!
