its nice to help out a friend by posting a condo for someone on this page, HOWEVER, someone who is wanting to scam someone in here can also do this as easily as someone who is helping a friend.. TO prevent scamming in this room, the owner or manager of the condo will need to VERIFY the address of the condo thru a private message with me before posting it.. This prevents post of condos for rent the person doesnot even own, therefore allowing scammers easy access.. BEFORE POSTING A NEW condo in this room,, you must private message me the address and owners name that appears on the tax records.At times we look at the tax record and say GO FOR IT.others if futher verification is needed, a phone call or other means of verifying is necessary.. Anyone posting random condos for someone else will be removed from the room with NO questions asked..I want this to be a SAFE site to rent from unlike craigslist where your at the mercy of the world that the property is actually owned by who they say they are.. please abide by the rules and lets all stay safe and enjoy our vacation!!thanks ~~Joe.
