ladies and gentlemen, Currently the great state of West Virginia, is passing legislation that would privatize the Cass Scenic Railroad State Park. this park, 13 miles long, and 100 foot wide is owned by the WV DCNR, and is operated by them. Cass is home to a fully restored company town, remains of a mill structure, a fully intact logging railroad and 6 operable geared logging locomotives that not only entertain but teach the public of our rich heritage and history. Privatization of this line would be extremely harmful to the operation as a whole, and the closing of the railroad would be seen on a near horizon. Cass is currently starting its 51st year as a state park, and needs our help if it intends to make it to 52. guys, I promise you, it is heaven on earth, its worth saving, and I beg you, to help save this beautiful line.-any way we can. -Shayman. https://facebook/SavetheCSRR
