man now i know why i hate going to the black stone vally heath center the doc tor to day ask if i want to see a Nutritionists i told her no i know im fat then i told her that only eat to times a day if im lucky she that your big u should be eat six time a day she said that shuold eat breakfest with i never do becuse i dont get in early moring only when the kids have skool then me have snack after that then lunch an other snack an then dinner man if i eat all that i be bigger then iam then was tell the nice progam at Miriam Hospital she said ppl lost a100 pound i want to looking to it i told her i walk alot an ilove swim an told her that did my blood work at Women & Infants last year it came back fine i dont have dont higth blood pressur or diabetie an then she turn me im find an come back in one year
