monday night i called my dogs in and only 1 came. so i waited a bit and tried to call him again, still didnt come, so my daughter went to find him. she found him, he was dead on opposite side of our road. first we werein shock and naturally assumed he was hit by a car. BUT we have our dogs on electric collars so they can roam the property but not get close to the road. i did however entertain the thought that maybe the collar malfunctioned, because there is blood in the road on our side of the road.now for the odd things, his body was found on opposite side of road, very little blood there (a very small spot actually) the dogs never go to that end off the property, its way out of their boundry, his collar was in perfect condition,not even a scuff, and works perfectly. the only injury was in his head, no body trama at all. when we retreived his body from where it was found there was very little blood so he could not have been there long since there was a huge amount of blood in the morning where we had laid him. i really have no idea what happened but it seems wierd especially the pristine collar, i have seen other pets cats dogs etc that had been his and the collars had been ripped off and destroyed had body trauma as well. and with reading posts regarding robberies and dogs possibly stolen. please just watch out for your pets
