new LPA following TS Mario. It formed/originated Sept 18 2014 afternoon and fully developed midnight, some hundred miles south of Guam, few hundred miles southwest Palikir (Micronesia) at E142* to E145* and nearer N 5*. Its upper delineating pressure line is 1014 Hectopascals, which theoretically meant it can absorb TS Mario to its system (if it is of bigger expanse) or it can penetrate the system of TS Mario (if it is of smaller expanse). May be it is worthwhile to observe their interactions. However, its breakaway low pressure clouds columns near the equator had advances west targeting Mindanao from the southeastern tract (see google image below)...
