people in the neighboring villages of Bodhgaya dont have basic facilities such as clean drinking water, proper shelter, no toilet facilities, no hospital, sham Magadh University; etc etc. This is the reality in the vicinity of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Mahabodhi Temple complex. And Thai Buddhists donating 300 kg of gold to gild the spire of the Temple where the Buddha attained enlightenment. I wonder what the Buddha would think about this religious non-sense, which was never taught by him.
