photos are bad, sorry. But here is the Prince bass, all as it was given to me by Chuck. This bass and the white guitar were made at the same time. Points for Bhan LaRouge, Orr bridge (you got 100%), the truss adjustment at the bridge end, not the headstock, and the pot layout. A pickup selector was never installed, and I dont believe it was on the basses. The basses were a little more wide in the waist as compared to the guitar. And as J. Haas pointed out, deer antler nut. I have played this bass all most everyday for over 30 years. Rotosound strings ALWAYS. Only one fret replacement (Chuck was pissed at me...), never have touched the neck relief and the nut is all original. This one was fitted with these new (for the time) pickups from EMG. Passive. I have installed a couple of pre-amps, but the Orr bark goes away which is not good. So out those went. Just an outstanding instrument. I have modeled the bridge and can have them cast or milled, if anyone is interested.
