poor service in the restaurant. A night mare is what i call it from the service to food. I cant remember the name of the restaurant but I order chicken and waffles and coffee. The host that greeted me name was Christian Diane she was rude and should be working at a fast food on a fries! Me server was pleasant but never came to refell my coffee. when my food was served the chicken was hot and the waffles were cold. She took the waffles to reheat and left the chicken. I took note she returned my waffles 55 mins later. I had finshed my chicken and my cup never refelled. She never came back to give me my tab either as for my room I stayed on the 13th floor and I did find dust and an old hair clip. if i were a shopper u would have gotten a failing grade. Supervisers step your game up the ship is sinking because of your leadership! I have another stay on the Sept 3rd I hope this one will be pleasant and better service.
