puketi.org.nz/events.html Is there anyone who would like to come and do the Puketi Forest Kauri Challenge with me ??? Its on the 31st January, theres a 12km or a 21km walk. (I think I could only physically survive the 12km one though hehe) Entry details: Limited entry applies: for shorter 4wd/12km tramp option limited to 30 entrants. No limit applies to the longer 21km option. Entry cost is $50 per person which will be used to sponsor 1ha of the forest for predator control for one year. Every participant will receive membership of the trust.
