since as of 5pm today, August 21, the floods have not yet subsided in most towns in Pangasinan especially in the 2nd, 3rd 4th and 5th districts, and in view of moderate to heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms still prevailing in most parts of the province, classes in ALL LEVELS in the entire province of PANGASINAN will remain suspended until tomorrow, THURSDAY, Aug. 22. This is to give time for everyone to recover from several days of floods and heavy rains, and to clean up and put their respective homes, schools, and establishments back in shape. However, there will be work in all government offices.
