so apparently it is Josh will potentially offend people day #sorryNOTsorry so now while i realize that today (9/11) is the 13th anniversary of a great American tragedy in the events that occurred in New York City on 9/11/01 ... but why must we continue to commemorate these events? ... yes i do not deny that people still grieve for those they lost when the towers fell, but people are grieving every day for those we lost ... why not commemorate the day that we lost every single American soldier in every single war this country has fought since its inception? ... or how about every time someone in our lives looses a loved one to any kind of disease? ... are these losses any less than those of an act of terrorism? ... in my opinion, all these commemorations do is to perpetuate the thought processes that came out of the events surrounding 9/11/01 ... any person who is different from the norm (read: Muslim, Arab, etc) is automatically out to bring down the Greatest County in the World and must be stopped ... why do we continue with this train of thought and not work to bring our communities together? ... it boggles the mind
