so there u have it - the oil isnt actually running out, infact we havent started drilling for it yet in the clyde, this means after independence is achieved we can set up a publicly owned oil industry where that wealth is used to the benefit of the people who live and work here, free university, better NHS, better public services, oil fund instead of austerity, better pensions and a better paid workforce, we could even use it to re-industrialize on the basis of green energy which will never run out, and this new oil boom can do for the west of scotland what north sea oil has done for Aberdeen, you would be crazy not too take this opportunity for an independent Scotland.
