so theres this guy who finds a personal check that has already been endorsed on the back that obviously somebody else has lost. this person decides to deposit the check via telephone by taking a picture of it so there is no ID required to deposit the check into his account. Excuse me, is this not fraud? P.S. I have the bank and his routing number and I cant wait to go to the bank tomorrow and deal with this! any tips or suggestions or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
