the cool thing about Asheville is... its the one place Ive lived where it really did seem like being an entrepreneur, or being your own boss or teaming up with some fellow minded people with an obvious leader, but with no sort of whos-in-charge negativity in their entire mix, seemed very attainable. Dont like your job? Quit and start your own! Cook? Bottle it! Sell it! Grow veggies? Get to a farmers market! Creative type? Skys the limit! Massage therapist turned Reiki healer? Youre home! Places like this, blue ridge food, and community co-working in general, makes for this type of atmosphere... This video is full of sweet people, who have had some well deserved success, (and various delicious foods Ive been lucky enough to probably try at some point, yum!) :)
