there is a vast difference bt effective discipline and child abuse.....if you have to use a tree branch/switch/belt/wooden spoon etc on a 4 year old there is something wrong with you! looking at those images breaks my heart for that kiddo and cannot believe people are defending his actions....the mother called the police she knew he went to far...as an RN if he came into any ER in America looking like that a call to CPS would have been made
