there is so much need everywhere that is rural! Not enough taxes to have adequate shelters and not enough volunteers (bless their hearts). Remember to be upset with the owners who treat animals like this and not the people who do what they can! People need to understand that a pet is FOR LIFE!!! dont get a pet if you are not ready for that!!!! And if you end up not being able to care for your pet, then take responsibility and take them to the shelter yourself!!!! Dumping a pet doesnt hardly ever have a good turn out!!! AND you need to get them fixed ASAP so the problem doesnt continue and more shelter animals will be adopted!!!! And please do what you can, even if it is just getting that stray cat fixed or donating food to a shelter.
