vacant in the Creative Services Department in Cape Town Creative Director (Multichannel) Reporting to the GM: Group Creative Services, your key performance areas will include: · Develop creative promotions and campaigns that meet the business objectives of the e+ channels and that advance the brand strategy · Lead, inspire, oversee and guide a team of promo producers, graphic designers, copywriters and animators in the creation of promotional campaigns across multiple platforms · Coordinate the development of promotion ideas through brainstorming, conceptualizing and collaboration of creative team members · Presentation of creative to channel heads and marketing · Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion · Mentor and where applicable train and inspire the creative team · Manage team members · Provide quality control over concepts and projects Requirements: · Relevant media /design degree/diploma advantageous · At least 3 years relevant experience at a Creative Director level in a television, advertising, promotion or marketing environment · Highly creative · Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash · Experience with Adobe After effects & video editing (a plus) needed for this position · Ability to make evaluative judgments · Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing · Ability to manage, supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments · Passion, integrity and energy · Deadline driven · Ability to multitask If you possess the criteria and qualifications as stated, please send your application form together with a detailed CV to [email protected] Closing date: 1 April 2014.
