what a great nite with my sister saw my big brother clive retief kickboksing champ first time in 5 years lost contact but now we reconected for life he can teach me some great standup and i teach him and his son amatuere wrestling i was a springbok wrestler all extra training is helping me be beter in the cage i love it havnt slept yet and got so much to do today go train church buy tools visit my brother and churh again tonite tomz i start my trade test training waited the whole year and a half at last im gona qaulify big money here i come all the way up never down again the old me is back for months now and it gona stay that way i got the best people and friends in my life and my family and others who care so nobody can bring me down again and big brother in heaven this is for you to love you and i wil make you myself and everybody proud no turning back the beast is here!!!!!!!
