yesterday we went Haldi arabian house...due to observation all over we found the restraunt is good..bt their service isnt good enough.. as I know we are bangalis and all of us doesnt know the meaning of those arabian words..so its foremost duty of them when a customer make an order then they have to explain about the dish briefly..bt yestrday they didnt do this with us..as a result there had been a big mistake..we ordered mutton kabsa as we thought that its any dish like mutton curry..bt when they brought the item its nothing bt an item like mutton biriani..we had been totally disapointed.. :( then we told them its big mistake..bt the GM replied that he thought that we were confident abt this(lame excuse).. Whatever I think they will do the correction of that mistake...without this their service is good..theyre too polite..And the main thing is the foods were too delicious in a reasonable price.. my rate is 8/10.. :)
