Από πέρυσι το Υπουργείο Παιδείας δεν εγκρίνει Προγράμματα Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών αν δεν προβλέπονται δίδακτρα. Ο ΟΟΣΑ πιέζει ήδη γαι το επόμενο βήμα. Στην έκθεσή του (σελ. 50) προτείνει, ανάμεσα σε άλλα, δίδακτρα και στα προπτυχιακά. Proceed with the amendment of the Constitution to: i) allow private universities and ii) introduce fees for undergraduate students at a moderate level, providing student loans. Implement swiftly a well-performing evaluation system of universities. The funding of institutions could be related to indicators of performance which are simple and transparent. Increase the autonomy of universities in terms of selecting staff.
