في صباح يوم الخميس 31 اكتوبر قامت قوات الشرطة بمهاجمة وقفة سلمية منددة بالاعتقالات نظمتها مجموعة من الفتيات في مدينة الاسكندرية وقبضوا على 21 فتاة بدون اي تهمة . وبعد القبض عليهم تم توجيه هذه التهم اليهم : نشر فكر جماعة ارهابية وحيازة منشورات , ممارسة ارهاب ضد الشعب و تكدير السلم والامن العام .. الجدير بالذكر انه لا يوجد اي… حرز في القضية غير 25 ورقة عليها شعار رابعة !!! ويجب التنبيه الى بطلان هذه التهم بالكلية وعدم وجود اي احراز تدين الفتيات المعتقلات و مخالفة هذا الاجراء التعسفي من الحكومة للمادة 19 من الاعلان العالمي لحقوق الانسان ونصها : لكل شخص الحق في حرية الرأي والتعبير. ويشمل هذا الحق حرية اعتناق الآراء دون أي تدخل، واستقاء الأنباء والأفكار وتلقيها وإذاعتها بأية وسيلة كانت دون تقيد بالحدود الجغرافية. اسماء الفتيات وصورهم وعناوينهم ومؤهلاتهم العلمية وكافة البيانات اللازمة موثقة مع العلم بان الفتيات متفوقات دراسياً ومشهود لهم بالخلق الرفيع من الجميع كما ان اعمارهم تتراوح بين 15 الى 25 عام بخلاف والدة احدى الفتيات وكانت مرافقة لها وعلى الرغم من تحرك عشرات المحامين في الموضوع فان المحكمة حكمت عليهم بالسجن 11 عاماً وهذا لايليق بفتيات جامعيات وفي مراحل دراسية هامة ولديهم امتحانات قريبة ونطالب كافة المنظمات الدولية بالتحرك في هذا الامر لما يمثله من انتهاك صارخ للحريات بل انتهاك لابسط حقوق الانسان !!! An Alexandria juvenile court sentenced seven girls to be placed in a juvenile detention facility until they turn 21. The protesters were charged with hampering traffic, destroying the entrance of a building, attacking officials on duty, belonging to a banned group engaged in terrorist activities and disturbing public order after participating in a peaceful pro-Morsi demonstration in Alexandria on 31 October. According to their lawyers, the only evidence the prosecutor presented to court were two banners with the words “anti-coup” written, some stones, and 25 signs bearing the image of a hand holding up four fingers. The image is used by by pro-Morsi protesters to commemorate the dispersal in August of the Rabaa al-Adawiya sit-in in which security forces killed hundreds of protesters. ...
