To support the expansion of our European headquarter in Basel, Switzerland, we have several planner vacancies to strengthen our Supply Chain team: Planner (m/f) In this dynamic and international position your responsibilities are: Converting order Requirements, create manual purchase orders and monitor with support from SAP/R3 Allocating available stock on open sales orders, monitoring the automatic allocation and monitoring and coordinating the in- and outbound deliveries from our European distribution center Clarification of On-Time Deliveries, Delivery differences with the suppliers, the distribution center (quantity / quality / price difference) and organization of supplier returns Assure that purchasing master data (vendor and material master data) are maintained at all times Cooperation and communication with suppliers in the Far East to subsidiaries in the EMEA countries, with the NAM and APAC regional planning departments and Global Headquarters in the United States Monitoring of the EMEA inventory by creating inventory and availability analyzes in SAP/R3 For this varied position with are looking for an open, dynamic person with a can-do attitude. Besides a commercial education and strong Excel skills, you have made already your first experiences with SAP/R3, MM, SD and BW or a similar ERP You identify yourself with our products and possess strong communication and analytical skills with a flair for numbers. You are quick learner, can work well independently, take own initiatives and showing the ability to prioritize. Having already working in Purchasing or Planning is an advantage.
