อ้าว ทำไมเปลี่ยนใจแล้ว 01 Jul 2013 : In a reversal of its previous decision, the National Rice Price Policy Committee (NRPC) on Monday decided to continue the pledging price for ordinary paddy at 15,000 baht per tonne until Sept 15, reports said. สิ่งสำคัญอยู่ตรงนี้ ๑. reversal ก็คงพอรู้ถ้าจะบอกคำว่า reverse คือ กลับ แล้วการกลับของ its previous decision แปลจากท้ายย้อนไป ก็คือ การตัดสินใจ ที่มาจากคำว่า decide ก่อนหน้านี้ คือ previous ๒. ใครเป็นคนตัดสินใจใหม่ ก็ NRPC ไง (ไม่ใช่รัฐบาลนะ) ๓. pledging price คือ ราคาประกัน สำหรับ ordinary paddy แปลได้ว่า นาปกติ ยังต้องหารายละเอียดในส่วนนี้ ที่ราคา ๑๕,๐๐๐ บาทต่อตัน จนถึง ๑๕ ก.ย. นี้
